Our corporate culture is defined by prudence, sustainability and consideration towards people and the environment.

C.E. PATTBERG has been making an effective contribution to the protection of the environment and the conservation of valuable resources for many years. Since 2018, we have been producing all plastic rolls from recycled material. Biodegradable tapes and raw materials with Oeko-tex® Standard 100 certification are just a few examples of the important aspects in the manufacturing process.

We produce ribbons that are made from 100% recycled material or from renewable raw materials. It is important to us that
the elegance and value of a lovingly wrapped gift never fall by the wayside!

1. All raw materials used meet the highest quality standards and

consist in many cases of recycled material or renewable raw

materials.

2. Every ribbon is “Made in Germany”. There, sustainability meets

modernity, i.e. green electricity from the company’s own PV system

and water treatment meet automated and digitalised processes.

3. Without additional transport costs the complete production

including label design, printing and die-cutting takes place in-house using FSC paper.

4. The high-quality yarns and fibres are made from recycled PET bottles

as well as cotton and many other recycled materials and

renewable raw materials.

5. The granulate for our plastic spools we also obtain from recycled

material. Each spool is produced in Hattingen (Germany)

in different sizes according to the customer’s wishes.

6. State-of-the-art and energy-efficient production processes,

which in many cases run on self-generated energy, create high-quality

and elegant ribbons in a trendy design even in large

quantities.

The (life) cycle of the ribbon is closed and does not consume any additional resources.

from which new and elegant ribbons can be created again.
